Use LOCTITE Precision Max SUPER GLUE..... as the reg. super glue now has a "new" weak formula

* USE .010 CLEAR or TINTED PLASTIC SHEET FOR WINDOW GLASS, FOUND AT HOBBY & CRAFT STORES.

* WASH ALL RESIN PARTS WITH OLD TOOTH BRUSH IN RUBBING ALCOHOL, THEN SOAP & WATER.

*Use ALCLAD II LACQUER CHROME #ALC107 to simulate chrome on Bumpers, Taillights, Grills, Etc. for a chrome look.

Or send parts to CHROME-TECH USA to have actual chrome plating !

Luggage rack has braces that will need to be removed using a jeweler's saw or by sribing it out using the back of a hobby knife.

Use a Revell TOMMY IVO'S "SHOWBOAT" FOUR ENGINE DRAGSTER # H1285:198 for a donor kit.

The rear axle on the Revell "SHOWBOAT" model kit, may need to be shortened 1/16"on the left drivers side (ours was too wide)

You will need to add a push bar as a brace to hold up rear of body.

If you plan to use the side panels ??? you will need to add your own braces .......... very simple !

THIS IS THE ONLY ALL CORRECT '66 "HAIRY CANARY" FUNNY CAR MODEL EVER CAST !!!

Mastered from an original '66 Plymouth Valiant promo model

Approved and Authorized by Rick Williamson Owner of "The HAIRY CANARY"

Unlike the other resin casting being offered as "the HAIRY CANARY", which is only a '66 Barracuda Body with a washed out (no detailed) SIGNET roof............. THIS IS THE REAL DEAL !!!!

Although hard to see in the photo, the side chrome body trim is there, along with all the correct sail panel moldings !!!

This kit was desigined to build both (early & later versions).

To build the later version (lowered & set back engine) you will need to cut out part of the firewall & floorboard, build an L-shaped box in the interior tub to surround the engine & re-set the transmission mount.

A model king funny car kit will supply the suspension & interior parts.

For a steerable front axle, use a Revell '51 Henry "J"
