Ron Ramsey, a great modeler and friend, has decided to help us with a project .....

NEW DRAG SLICKS & TIRES

************************* "COMING SOON" *************************

We will be re-casting the amt. original "plastic" Funny Car Slicks & Tires in Black rubber !

These were some of the most accurate Drag Slicks & Racing tires made for Early Funny Cars, unfortunately they were Plastic !

1. amt. Funny Car "GOOD YEAR" Slicks

2. amt. Funny Car "RACEMASTER DRAGSTER" Slicks

3. amt. Funny Car front "Skinny Racing Tires".

4. LOW PROFILE / 10" WIDE AFX DRAG SLICK

( smaller Diameter slicks to fit inside a stock wheel well, but still 10" wide ).

These Slicks have a Lower Profile than any other slick made, and will fit when all other slicks are to tall in diameter.

Goes great with earlier AFX cars, such as '65 Plymouth, '65/'66Chevelle, '66 Nova, '66 Corvair, Etc.

The original plastic slick had a Wheel back on the rear side, after casting a few, 2 slicks were cut in halfs and were re-glued for a new master !

These NEW Slicks will be cast in rubber !!!

When I built the ALAN GREEN Fastback Chevy, NO SLICKS WOULD FIT IT CORRECTLY, so I created these for myself, Realizing that our new '65 Plymouth AFX will also need these slicks, We will be offering them to you soon !
